Middle Eastern jeweller Damas has launched a new range of women's gold jewellery inspired by Indian culture and design.

The pieces, which include necklaces, pendants, earrings and bangles, are the latest additions to Damas's Ananya collection.

According to the company, the new range's designs are reliant on clear lines and floral features, drawing inspiration from southern India's unique ethnic art.

"The collection's bangles especially will be liked by women due to their modern, stylish looks," said Tawhid Abdullah, managing director of Damas.

Various pieces from the range are currently on sale at certain Damas stores across the United Arab Emirates.

Damas recently launched a new collection of gold jewellery created by Italian designer Annamaria Cammilli.

The range includes pendant chains, earrings, brooches and rings and was produced with the help of a number of top Italian goldsmiths.

Damas has operations in 18 countries worldwide and runs brand-specific and watch stores in certain regions.
