Tuesday, 2nd June 2009 (1171 views) A high school graduate who lost his class ring nearly three years ago has seen it returned to him.The Aiken Standard reports that Anthony England was reunited with the piece after Rachel Bartley discovered it while shopping at a charity shop. Mr England explained that he received the gold ring at the end of his sophomore year, but lost it around two months later. "I had stopped wearing it for a while and thought it was in a jacket pocket in the closet, but when I looked it wasn't there," he was quoted as saying. However, Ms Bratley revealed that she had noticed one of the pockets of a jacket in the store "looked bulky". Reaching inside, she discovered the ring - inscribed with the name Anthony - and returned it to South Aiken High School. The news follows that of a man who recently discovered that his gold wedding ring had been found in Guinea. He had lost it while packing a container of hospital supplies bound for the country.
