Monday, 18th May 2009 (1354 views) A gold jewellery designer from Arizona has launched her own range of gold jewellery despite the current economic climate.Kim Swanson, 27, told the Arizona Daily Star that she spent the past two years researching before unveiling her own collection in Tucson. Enspire Jewelry consists of a line of circular gold pendants made in Italy that are inscribed with the statement 'Celebrate your life' and are packaged in ceramic rose keepsake boxes. "Maybe people need some inspiration," Ms Swanson told the news source. "I'm not going to wait for the right opportunity - I'm going to create it." The University of Arizona business graduate comes from a family of entrepreneurs and has planned a total of 11 jewellery collections, including sono - which means celebrate in Latin - and stella, or star. In India, jewellery firm Tanishq launched a new range of 24-c gold pendants last month to mark the Hindu festival of Akshaya Tritiya, each of which is etched with the Bhagavad Gita, a sacred scripture.
