Tuesday, 21st April 2009 (1383 views) Glamour39 has unveiled a new range of jewellery that brings together six key collections.The London-based company is showcasing Mai Mai Jewels designs, including the floral Mai Mai and Diva Princessa ranges, the Iced Candy collection and the Gems Bijoux range. An online consortium, Glamour39 also offers a large vintage jewellery collection, with pieces for sale from the 1930s to the 1980s, including gold items from the 1940s. "For 2009/2010 it's the unconventional and eye-catching pieces of jewellery that will make you and your outfit stand out from the crowd," the firm said in a statement. Available from the firm's website, the collections cover an array of styles and designs. Meanwhile, a student from Buckinghamshire New University was recently awarded the fine jewellery prize in the Ancestors/V&A Student Jewellery Design Competition 2009 for her unique Vine necklace, which was inspired by the Romanesque architecture of the V&A Museum and Bacchus the god of wine.
