Friday, 3rd April 2009 (1614 views) Rose gold has been used in the latest executive watch design from Swiss company Ulysee Nardin.Part of the Dual Time collection, the new model is enclosed in a 43mm rose gold case and also boasts 18-c rose gold deployant buckles, ViaLuxe reports. The face of the Ulysse Nardin Executive Dual Time watch is completed by roman numerals and a rectangular track minutes frame, as well as chiselled-shaped minute and hour hands. Yesterday, Retail Jeweller reported that a number of rare gold watches are to be auctioned in Geneva next month. The event - which takes place at the Beau-Rivage Hotel on May 10th - will see several vintage pocket watches up for sale, as well a gold Monoblock Rolex model dating back to 1950. A Patek Philippe perpetual calendar gold watch is also set to go under the hammer and has been estimated by Sotheby's to be worth 260,000 (£238,000).
