A cuff bracelet available in yellow or white gold has been created by a US jewellery company to mark the presidency of Barack Obama.

The 14-c gold piece of jewellery is etched with the words "Yes We Can" in honour of the 44th president's famous speech.

Commemorating the inauguration of President Obama, the bracelet was created by online jeweller Danforth Diamond and is available in either women's or men's sizes.

Jill Renee, president of the company, stated: "I developed this bracelet with our design team to commemorate this historic event that reflects the strength of American spirit and shows that anything is possible."

Danforth Diamond has a range of gold jewellery, including engagement rings, wedding rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings, on its website.

In other news, luxury fashion retailer Thomas Pink has reported a sharp increase in sales of red ties since President Obama was sworn in on January 20th, as men attempt to capture his look.
