Wednesday, 18th February 2009 (2277 views) A gold-decorated car belonging to pop star Michael Jackson is to be auctioned, it has been announced.The 1999 Rolls-Royce Limo, which is adorned internally with 24-c gold doodads, is expected to fetch as much as $140,000 (£98,000) in California next month. Mr Jackson's gold-decorated car is one of a number of items the star is selling off, including memorabilia from his career such as his gloves and moonwalker boots, plus items from his Neverland ranch, with the singer looking to pick up as much as $1.5 million. How much the gold car will sell for will be revealed when the lots go under the hammer in Beverley Hills between April 22nd and 25th. Another gold item up for auction is a watch once owned by John F Kennedy. The timepiece, a gift provided by supporters David and Evangeline Bruce in 1963, will be sold next month in New York and is expected to fetch a price of over £200,000.
