London-based designer Carri Vacik has unveiled a new collection of elegant cocktail rings and earrings for retail distribution.

The lavish gold and gemstone collection has been inspired by the eastern and Mediterranean worlds and comprises a series of one-off pieces created in collaboration with artisanal goldsmiths.

Carri Vacik said: "The style of this collection is bold, elegantly simple and sensuous at once. The beauty of the top-quality materials really shines through."

Trained at Hatton Garden, London and a fellow of the British Gemmological Association, Carri Vacik uses elaborate gold bevel settings and striking gemstones to create her sophisticated jewellery.

Her website states: "Carri draws her inspiration from her love of the arts, history, travel and her Celtic and Anglo Indian origins."

A range of gold, silver and polymer jewellery by world famous jewellery designer Moshiko is currently on show at the Jewellery Gallery in Noosa, Australia.
