India-based Shagun Jewels is set to unveil its latest collection of gold bangles.

Customers can take advantage of special offers on the jewellery up until October 18th.

A range of more than 300 bangles and bracelets have been designed in high-quality gold, using traditional, fusion and contemporary styles, the company stated.

Spokesman Priyanshu Shah said that a bangle festival being held by the firm is a great opportunity for customers to pick up "timeless" pieces at a range of prices.

"As makers of fine jewellery, we take pride in showcasing our exquisite bangle collection," he added.

Shagun believes in contemporary design yet realises the importance of local culture for jewellery, the organisation claims.

Customers can get a 15 per cent discount on gold products throughout the promotion.

Meanwhile, Galantas Gold - which operates Ireland's only gold mine and provides material to make certified Irish jewellery - has appointed a new chief financial officer.
