Designer to showcase gold creations at London Jewellery WeekFriday, 30th May 2008 (694 views) Kimberley Selwood will be exhibiting her range of jewellery at Treasure in the Tower as part of Coutts London Jewellery Week in June. The British jewellery designer, described by easier.com as "enchanting" and "talented", is an award-winning newcomer. Her women's ranges include Kaleidoscope Butterflies, Order in Chaos, Butterfly Effect, Capture and Tangled Heart. The ranges use different precious metals including gold and sometimes a combination of metals within the pieces themselves. The pieces are handmade and she uses 18 carat gold as well as precious stones and pearls. She also has a men's jewellery range, which the site describes as "a mix of clean lines and ruggedness" using "an unusual feature of blackened fractures through dense metal". Coutts London Jewellery Week, running from June 12th to 18th, is open to the public, trade buyers and collectors. More than 600 jewellery designers and makers, retailers and manufacturers will be taking part in the exhibition, Coutts says.
