Friday, 13th July 2007 (4417 views) US jewellery chain Lewis Jewellers has revealed that it is now stocking the gold resplendent Pandora jewellery line.Pandora claims that the "backbone" of the jewellery chain's bracelet line is its patented threaded system allowing the beads to move freely and rotate with the movement of the wrist. A solid 14-carat gold Pandora bracelet costs $750 (£375) with attachments costing between $9 and $500. "Dedicated Pandora jewellery designers work hard in their in-house design studio in Copenhagen, Denmark to ensure consistent innovative integrity and originality in our products," Pandora claims. Around 250 goldsmiths are employed in the company's Copenhagen factory. Furthermore, the gold jewellery designer claims to be a regular contributor to a variety of "good causes" including the Susan G Komen Foundation, the Mississippi Hurricane Recovery Fund and has designed a bead specifically for each organisation.
