Thursday, 5th July 2007 (4475 views) The Trade Show for Jewellery Making (TSJM) is to be held on October 10th and 11th 2007, it has been revealed.Manufacturing Jewellers and Suppliers of America (MJSA) announced that the show will return for a second year at the Rhode Island Convention Centre in Providence. Last year, over 1,000 buyers attended the event - which featured gold jewellery exhibits - while this year Reactive Metals Studio, which specialises in metals, including Japanese alloys and uses gold in many of its items is to attend. "Last year's show was a good start in creating a circle of information, a network for suppliers and users," said Evan Holland of Merchants Overseas. "It's important to support the foundation, the grass roots level of the business, the small-to-medium designer, fabricator [and] maker of jewellery." MJSA recently held a show in New York where gold jewellery producers and designers had the chance to mingle.
