Tuesday, 3rd April 2007 (4929 views) The upcoming MidEast Watch and Jewellery Show which takes place later this month will see over 350 jewellers flocking to the event to exhibit, it has been announced.Saif Al Midfa, director general of the Expo Centre in Sharjah, where the event will take place from April 25th to 29th, stated that the three halls to be utilised during the show will encompass some 12,000 square metres. This year's MidEast Watch and Jewellery Show will be the 22nd to have taken place and a number of countries will hold pavilions, including China, India and Italy among others. Mr Al Midfa said that the show has experienced "phenomenal growth" ever since its inception. "Continuing on that trend, the coming edition will be bigger, both in terms of number of exhibitors and occupied exhibition space," he went on to explain. According to the official MidEast Watch and Jewellery Show website, the event represents the "most comprehensive event of its kind in the region".
