Indian jeweller Tanishq has introduced its new fashion earring collection which comprises of more than 300 earrings, all 22-carat gold.

The collection encompasses a range of styles from traditional designs through to fusion and modern styles that are designed to be worn for any occasion.

Adorned with diamonds and various other precious stones, the gold earrings should prove popular in a country so captivated by gold jewellery, especially during festivals and the wedding season.

Aanchal Jain, marketing manager at Tanishq, stated: "We are proud to present the fashion earring collection, which will redefine the conventional mindset."

She added: "We expect this collection to create great excitement for our consumers; especially those who wish to buy something chic, contemporary and classic."

The new collection has been inspired by the traditional Jhumkas earrings and also the more contemporary chandelier and stiletto creations.

Tanishq was established in 1995 and forms part of the Indian conglomerate Titan Industries.
