World-renowned jeweller Tiffany & Co is to launch a stunning new collection of gold 'statement' rings which are designed to reflect the wearer's mood.

The precious items, which are being unveiled just in time for Christmas, will make a perfect present for a loved one, Tiffany says.

The collection includes elegant emerald, sapphire, ruby and tsavorite rings set in both platinum and 18-carat gold and featuring sparkling diamonds. The brightly coloured gemstones allow the wearer to make a statement about their personality.

With a number of new store openings being announced in the last year, more gold jewellery lovers will be able to get their hands on Tiffany's statement rings this Christmas. The jeweller set up new stores in Austin, Texas and Omiya, Japan in October.

Its latest results show net sales growth of nine per cent driven by strength in its domestic as well as international markets as demand for jewellery continues to grow around the world.
