TV-shopping retailer HSN and Michael Anthony Jewellers will host a gold jewellery auction for the benefit of the Jewellers for Children charity.

The charity was set up to provide help to children whose lives have been devastated by neglect, illness or mal-treatment. It enjoys the support of jewellers throughout the industry.

Brothers Anthony and Michael Paolercio will host the event, which is to be held at Cipriani 23rd street, New York City. The 'Heart of Gold' auction is to take place between 7pm and 10pm on 7th August.

Highlights include a private preview of the New!Everyday gold line, available only on HSN. Articles of interest range from a 14K flax bangle to the signature rope bracelet. HSN personalities and VIP HSN customers are also expected to attend the event.
