Monday, 10th July 2006 (5668 views) "Pirates of the Caribbean" star Johnny Depp has told MTV News that he will be keeping the trademark gold teeth his character sports in the hugely successful film franchise. The second of the projected trilogy of movies, "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest", was released in cinemas across the UK last weekend (8th July) and the third film, "At World's End", is set to begin filming in August. Depp is the film's main star and has said he will not be letting up in his portrayal of Captain Jack Sparrow, even down to holding on to the metal teeth, at least for the time being. "Are they going to stay on? Only until we're done filming number three," he said. "Then I'll have to go through the process of yanking them." The film, which also stars top English actors Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley, claimed the biggest Hollywood opening weekend of all-time when it took $132 million in ticket sales over its first three days of release.
