Wu-Tang doll decked in goldThursday, 12th January 2006 (4019 views) The US hip hop scene has long-since embraced gold jewellery, and it was only a matter of time before the craze went a step further.Hip hop fans will soon be able to get their hands on a scaled-down, blinged-up version of renowned US rap artist Ghostface Killah, Billboard.com reports. The Wu-Tang Clan front man is launching a limited edition Ghostface action figure, which comes kitted out with 14-carat gold jewellery. The glittering doll, made by manufacturer 4Cast, should hit the shops this spring. The doll is accompanied by a mixtape, although its producers have not yet decided which DJ will be responsible for its content. 4Cast will only make 1,000 of the action figures. The launch of the doll will coincide with the release of Ghostface Killah's second album, Fishscale. Ghostface's first solo album in 2004, the Pretty Toney Album, was greeted with critical acclaim and went on to sell 219,000 copies in the US alone.
