H Samuel has launched its new wedding collection, with many well-crafted gold items to choose from.

The jewellery giant's Forever Diamond collection has the all-important engagement and wedding rings in both 18-carat white and yellow gold.

Blushing brides-to-be can also purchase pendants and earrings in the precious metal, set with a diamond.

The diamonds are cut with 73 facets, rather than the usual 58, which H Samuel claims makes them brighter.

In addition to their external embellishment, all items in the collection have a diamond hidden in them that is set within the word 'forever'.

Prices for the collection range from £149 to £6,000.

Other members of the wedding party can also benefit from an injection of glamour with jewellery sets featuring coloured semi-precious stones or gold cufflinks.
