A gold diamond-encrusted coin is to be used in the toss between India and Sri Lanka in the third one-day international cricket game, taking place today (October 31st).

Designed by Jaipur jeweller Munnu Kasliwal, the coin has been made by meenakari craftsmen, Kamal and Daler Dharmendra.

It is embellished with 11 diamonds, which represent the team's 11 players, and features the Rajasthan Cricket Association logo on one side.

The reverse has seven of the 11 diamonds and incorporates Jaipur's floral motif.

During lunchtime, the gold coin will be auctioned to raise proceeds for Jammu and Kashmir earthquake victims.

This coincides with the RCA's decision to rename its district teams to make them catchier, following Lalit Modi's involvement with the association.
