Secrets Shhh… has created a new range of Me Rings for women wanting to treat themselves.

The introduction of this concept into London follows the recent US phenomenon of self-gifting, whereby women do not wait for men to buy them expensive gifts, such as rings, instead purchasing them for themselves.

All the Me Rings on offer come set in 14-carat yellow and white gold. Women can choose from variations such as a yellow stone ring, pink stone ring or a multi strand ring, retailing for £180, £205 and £340 respectively.

The jewellery company uses zirconium oxide rather than diamond in its designs. The metal is specially grown in a laboratory and can be cut similarly to a diamond as it is also a hard substance.

Women eager to reward themselves can now buy the gold-set rings at the Secrets Shhh shop in London's King's Road.
