Friday, 16th September 2005 (6211 views) Jewellery retailer, Chow Tai Fook, will be bestowing gold dragon pendants on the winners of each race in the Shanghai Golden Grand Prix Meeting.Following the IAAF World Athletics Final, Asia traditionally holds a smaller one-day event where athletes compete against each other. The 2004 and 2005 male and female World Athletes of the Year, Kenenisa Bekele and Yelena Isinbayeva, will both be competing in this year's event. This year's meeting will be held in Shanghai and feature a 110 meter hurdle race between top hurdlers like Allen Johnson and Dominique Arnold, both from the US, and Chinese Liu Xiang and Shi Dongpeng. In addition to the gold dragon pendants, Chow Tai Fook will be providing the winner of the 110 metre hurdle race with a one-carat diamond pendant.
