Wednesday, 14th September 2005 (5917 views) The AGTA Spectrum Awards competition, which promotes North American designers, will be held on September 18th.Designed to coincide with the Emmys, these awards give selected contestants the opportunity to have their work displayed at a cocktail reception for leading fashion editors and producers. Their jewellery will also feature in industry magazines. One piece on display will be the 14-carat yellow gold Loving Family Mosaic necklace, designed by Hand in Hand, which is encrusted with 209 diamonds of various shades and sizes. "It will also be an amazing experience to have the AGTA and jewellery industry leaders assess the quality and creativity of my work," commented Marc Stiglitz, Hand in Hand's founder. This particular piece was fashioned in response to a request from Chicago-based clients who wished to commemorate the birth of their third child with a dazzling piece of heirloom jewellery.
