Friday, 9th September 2005 (5669 views) Tiffany is all set to launch a new store in Indianapolis in what has been hailed as a "significant event" for Indianapolis' retail community.The new Tiffany store will be located in Indianapolis' Fashion Mall, which is owned by the Simon Property Group. Among the stock of jewellery items will be engagement diamonds and jewels set in 18-carat gold, fashion jewellery and Tiffany watches. The new retail outlet will offer signature designs from Elsa Peretti, Paloma Picasso and Jean Schlumberger. Beth O Canavan, executive vice president of Tiffany & Co, expressed her delight at the new store's location. "We look forward to establishing a presence in this vibrant and growing area," she said. Founded in 1837 as Tiffany &Young and operating as a luxury stationery shop, Tiffany & Co developed to become one of the world's most well known jewellers.
