Leading Indian jewellers hopes to wow the crowds

Tuesday, 30th August 2005 (4241 views)

One of India's leading jewellery brands, Tanishq, has presented its new collection.

Jewellery sets fashioned from 18-carat gold and diamonds, which have been patterned and specially coloured to enhance their shine, are now on sale.

Various methods create the collection such as pressure setting, which holds several small diamonds together so that they resemble a larger stone.

Tanishq hopes that its new collection will encourage consumers to purchase a full gold and diamond set rather than a smaller piece.

In conjunction with the launch of the new jewellery comes a promotion entitled 'Life's little celebration' that will provide the lucky winner of the slogan competition with a diamond set worth Rs75,000.

Priced at Rs20,000 to Rs150,000, the sets will be available in selected Tanishq stores.
