Me & Ro provide hairpieces fit for geishasMonday, 22nd August 2005 (4156 views) The fashionable jewellery company Me & Ro has made the jewellery for the film adaptation of 'Memoirs of a Geisha'.The film charts the life of a geisha named Sayuri who is taken from her home to Kyoto and becomes a successful geisha despite the treachery of fellow geisha Hatsumomo, and will be released on December 9th. Me & Ro is the brainchild of Robin Renzi and Michele Quan and they have designed a series of ornamental hairpieces for the film. The designers are favourites of Hollywood and first came to prominence when used to provide jewellery for the film 'Notting Hill'. Current available pieces from the jewellers include an 18-carat gold hand of Buddha charm with diamond and an 18-carat gold pave bangle, influenced by ancient Indian jewellery. © Adfero Ltd
