Al Futtaim Jewellery has opened a new store at the Deira City Centre complex in Dubai reports AME Info.

This further augments the number of stores offering high quality gold jewellery such as the Popley Group whose new showroom opened earlier this month in Bur Dubai.

The new concept store at Deira will allow customers to get their jewellery personalised and will also cater for repairs and upkeep of items through its specialised workshop in Dubai, which is capable of sizing and polishing white gold and other metals.

Mr. Jim McCallum, group director of retail, expressed the group's desire to respond to its customers.

"Having a dedicated workshop with a efficient after sales service surely promises customers ultimate satisfaction," he said.

In addition to Minato pearls, the new store will stock precious stones set in 18-carat gold, certified loose Belgian diamonds and Nanis fine gold jewellery from Italy.
