The Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) in the Philippines is to sell off the dazzling jewels once owned by Imelda Marcos, a former first lady.<br/><br/>Within the collection, there is believed to be a yellow gold 30.71-carat diamond-studded bracelet possibly worth1.2 million dollars.<br/><br/>When Sothebys independently valued the collection in 1990, the jewellery was judged to be worth between 4,194,920 dollars and 5,736,600 dollars.<br/><br/>The collection consists of 89 pieces and the PCGG are in negotiations with several auction houses about selling off the jewellery.<br/><br/>Mrs Marcos is currently having some of her assets seized and will have to face the courts.<br/><br/><br/><img alt="track" src='http://feeds.directnews.org.uk/feedtrack/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=15024297'/>© Adfero Ltd
