Dazzle caters for gold crowd in EdinburghThursday, 4th August 2005 (3873 views) Festival goers in Edinburgh will not only be able to take in the vast array of comedy and shows when visiting, but also admire and top jewellery pieces at the Dazzle exhibition, the largest of its kind in Europe.Opening for its 25th year tomorrow, and running until August 29, the exhibition will feature more than 3,000 pieces by 46 local and national designers. One designer who will be showing off her wares is Scottish west coast gold jewellery designer Shona Fidgett, who combines silver curves with gold overlays. Shoppers drawn to the exhibition in the past include Greta Scacchi, Pierce Brosnan, and Susan Sarandon. The expo takes place at the Traverse Theatre from Friday August 5 until August 29.
