Jeweller scoops prestigious award

Anthony Camargo and Nak Armstrong were honoured with the Swarovski Perry Ellis Award for Accessory Design.

Amongst the most coveted awards given by the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), the honour is a milestone achievement for Camargo and Armstrong.

Swarovski's Perry Ellis Award for Accessory Design was established in 1986 to honour emerging talent, and is the second consecutive year Camargo and Armstrong have been up for nomination.

Camargo and Armstrong were clearly pleased after receiving the Jewellery Store Design Award, and Armstrong commented: "We are overjoyed by the outpour of support from our industry peers."

Camargo and Armstrong have received numerous awards by consistently distinguishing themselves as prolific innovators in the jewellery design industry.

The jewellery that they create is a mix of precious and semi-precious gemstones and striking 18 carat and 22 carat gold, platinum and diamonds.

Their pieces have been featured in the pages of Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Town and Country, WWD, Glamour, InStyle, Elle and Marie Claire.track
