San Francisco-based jeweller JBalducci Jewelry has launched a new gold line to cater for current trends in fine jewellery. <br/><br/>The “Rock 'n' Honey” collection uses Whiting and Davis gold and silver fabric with precious and semiprecious stones to produce eighties-inspired long, slinky and meshed brushed metals.<br/><br/>Jenifer Balducci, JBalducci Jewelry's founder and designer said that she was inspired by1980's jewellery design for the line: "In trying to reinvent the earrings - but in a more sexy, sophisticated way."<br/><br/>Since its conception in 2003, JBalducci's collection of necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets and hairclips has grown into eight lines. The jeweller received much praise last year for its Vintage Reborn collection, a line of necklaces and hairclips that incorporated vintage pieces from the 40s, 50s and 60s.<br/><br/>The Rock 'n' Honey collection is intended as a "grown-up" extension of the Vintage Reborn line with its mix of precious and semiprecious stones.<img alt="track" src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=8701106"/>
