The bling credentials of a Greek-American goldsmith have been confirmed as he presents an original design to a rapper.<br/><br/>The hip-hop singer from the Annapolis area received a 385-gram oblong necklace made of 14 carat gold and inlaid with hundreds of tiny diamonds - designed to match his gold teeth.<br/><br/>John Kokkinos, of Ocean City, Maryland, created the one-off piece at his workshop. "That is bling bling," Mr Kokkinos said about the rapper's necklace, the Ocean Pines Independent reports.<br/><br/>Mr Kokkinos, 45, has just qualified as a Certified Master Bench Jeweler - the highest level a jeweler can attain from the New York-based guild Jewelers of America.<br/><br/>He is one of just 116 to have attained the prestigious accolade.<img alt="track" src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=8483914"/>
