Wednesday, 11th May 2005 (5820 views) A new mall offering the best in gold jewellery and watches is opening in Kochi, India.<br/><br/>Real estate developer, Aerens Gold Souk International, is behind the 400,000 square-foot development, which the company says will appeal to the exclusive end of the gold jewellery market.<br/><br/>All kinds of retail branded jewellery from India and abroad will be on sale in the 150 shops housed within the souk - including pieces from Alukkas, B.C. Sen and M.P. Jewellers.<br/><br/>A specialist wedding service will complement the jewellery sales, helping brides and guests to look their best on golden occasions.<br/><br/>This is the third of 10 malls the company plans to set up, with others planned for Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Jaipur.<br/><br/>"We seek to project the Gold Souk as an excellent opportunity for attracting investment to Kerala," said Aerens chief executive, V.
