Wednesday, 11th May 2005 (5550 views) US website Jewelry.com and Sony BMG Music Entertainment have formed a new online marketing partnership.<br/><br/>The deal, developed to drive website traffic, will offer a diamond and gold sweepstakes.<br/><br/>Jewelry.com relaunched its website during the first quarter of 2005, and now reports an average of around 2.5 million visitors per month.<br/><br/>Jewelry.com will award 10 first place sweepstake winners with an Elvis CD music set from Sony and one grand prize winner will receive an Elvis record plaque, a 4.75 carat diamond, and a 14k gold bracelet. <br/><br/>CBS is screening a television special on Elvis Presley on May 13th.<br/><br/>Jewelry.com has also partnered with the World Gold Council for 'May is Gold Month' to drive gold jewellery retail sales.<br/><br/>The web company said traffic increased 40 per cent during the same gold event one year earlier.<img alt="track" src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=13033731"/>
