LMVH to launch new products for Indian market

LMVH has announced it is looking towards India to market its luxury jewellery products.<br/><br/>The company's watch and jewellery business is planning to launch a new watch under its Dior brand in India.<br/><br/>The Bagheera range includes timepieces for men and women, with watches priced at Rs48,500.<br/><br/>According to the company the watch will be promoted as product designed for togetherness.<br/><br/>In addition, the La de Dior jewellery range created by Victoire de Castellane, is set for release by September, according to the Business Standard.<br/><br/>Items will be made from gold and contain various precious stones, priced between Rs50,000 to Rs60,000.<br/><br/>Cities such as Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore are the first target areas for the company.<br/><br/>The company now views India as one of the top 12 markets.<img alt="track" src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=8262348"/>
