Tuesday, 8th March 2005 (5553 views) Gold jewellery is in demand as Pakistani cricket spectators head to the shops when not watching the game.<br/><br/>According to IANS, Pakistanis visitors who have come to watch a 50-day long cricketing duel are also looking to trade, shop and view movies.<br/><br/>Within hours visitors had bought a host of items, with jewellery also an item of interest.<br/><br/>In particular, many visitors revealed they wanted to purchase Indian jewellery such as mangalsutras, a traditional gold chain with black beads that is worn by married Indian women.<br/><br/>In addition, Pakistan businessmen were seen in Chandigarh's busy Sector 22 and Sector 17 commercial centres selling their goods.<img alt="track" src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=7975776"/>
