Gold jewellery is featuring in fashion again, playing a big part in one of the latest looks on the catwalk.

The 'Hollywood' look is still proving popular and has been running for about five years, but now Italian Vogue has devoted a whole issue to it, signifying its importance, according to the Evening Standard.

Fashion combines pastel vest tops, velour tracksuit bottoms, Uggs, sawn off shorts and lashings of gold jewellery.

Celebrities known to favour the look include Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and Jessica Simpson.

The new look for pop stars and 'It' girls combines fashionable looks with sex appeal, something which women now favour rather than high fashion.
