Popley Jewellers has revealed plans to expand its chain in the UAE and labelled the area as the global hub for Europe and America.<br/><br/>The firm announced the decision at a special fashion show at the Popley La Classique boutique in Wafi City, to show the latest exclusive heavy jewellery sets that are a trademark of the stores.<br/><br/>Boutiques offer the largest collection of diamond jewellery under one roof and offer consumers the most fascinating and top line jewellery and watches.<br/><br/>Dilip Popley told Strategiy: "Popley Jewellery has a rich heritage with over 75 years in the jewellery business. In Dubai, we opened our first store in 1993 and it has now become the largest store in the Gold Souq. <br/><br/>"In our 10 years of success in Dubai, we have witnessed an exponential growth in the luxury retail market. Popley La Classique boutiques are an answer to the rising demand for high-end diamond jewellery in this growing market."<br/><br/>The company already has four successful stores in the UAE and now wants to open a new boutique in the BurJuman shopping centre, followed by ten new outlets in GCC countries in the next two years.<br/><br/>The store also sells light jewellery and will offer exclusive designer brands.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=7502426"/>
