As Christmas draws nearer, Russell Crowe's partner Danielle Spencer has been spotted hitting the jewellery shops in Australia.

With only three days to go, Ms Spencer and her mother were seen in Westfield Bondi Junction, purchasing a host of items including watches and necklaces.

According to the Australian Daily Telegraph, the pair nearly emptied out one store's supply of wristwatches.

The Gladiator star's wife visited jewellery stores such as Sparkles and Gregory Jewellers and reportedly spent "lots of money" in both.
