New vice president announced at jewellery events groupWednesday, 17th November 2004 (3721 views) The VNU Expositions Jewellery Group has announced it has appointed a new vice president.Nancy Robey previously worked for the company as group brand director but will now help to guide the expansion of the group's couture events and have a bigger role in JA New York shows. "The success of Couture has been exhilarating, and it emphasizes VNU's dedication to the needs of our exhibitors and buyers," Ms Robey told National Jeweler. "I am excited to continue my work with Couture and also to work more closely on the outstanding JA New York shows, which are in a class of their own in terms of the breadth of their selection and the efficiency of their business environment." Ms Robey has been working for the company since 1994 and has helped launch events such as diamond conferences, worked in advertising for Tiffany & Co and has won an award for excellence in marketing.
