Tuesday, 9th November 2004 (5615 views) The winners of the American Gem Trade Association (AGTA) Spectrum Awards have been named for next year's competition.<BR/><BR/>According to JCK, the event honours creativity and excellence in jewellery and includes categories such as carvings, coloured gemstones and combination.<BR/><BR/>Winners can also be given awards with honours for their work or designs.<BR/><BR/>Among the winners were GJ designs with an 18-carat gold 'Dancing Under the Stars' necklace and Philip Zahm & Associates with a white gold ring including blue sapphire.<BR/><BR/>In addition, awards were made for best bridal items, evening wear, menswear and manufacturing honours.<BR/><BR/>The AGTA Spectrum Awards will be presented during the 2005 AGTA GemFair Tucson on February 2-7, 2005.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=7019157"/>
