Americans are planning top ceremonies for the presidential inauguration in January.

According to New York Post Online, conservatives are paying up to $1 million for a special suite offering every possible luxury, with a host of top hotels offering special packages.

Among the packages, is the Jefferson Hotel's offering, which is said to be one of the best and includes gold Rolex watches and Tiffany jewellery.

Similar packages also include chauffeur driven limo, private jets, designer tuxedos and Tiffany matching necklace, bracelet and earring sets.

Prices for the luxury sets range from $100,000 for two people to $1 million for a five-day break.
