The fourth edition of the 'Oroarezzo NY 2004' show took place this week in New York, impressing US consumers with the latest Italian jewellery designs.<BR/><BR/>As part of the event, 17 jewellery manufacturers from Italy bought their collections to the Waldorf Astoria - including trendy pieces aimed at consumers and higher-end gold jewellery and chains.<BR/><BR/>Only wholesalers and featured companies were allowed to attend the event, which was invitation only, according to National Jeweler.<BR/><BR/>Other popular jewellery included at the event were cross pendants, charm bracelets and baby jewellery.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=3556051"/>
