The Swatch Group is to hold a special watch event in Dubai, in what is being described as the largest of its kind in the Middle East.<BR/><BR/>More than 200 watch retailers, management and distributors are going to attend the event, which is hoped to boost group sales in the region.<BR/><BR/>The second annual 'Mini Basel' takes place until September 9 and is based on BaselWorld.<BR/><BR/>A host of top brands will be featured in the event and all new collections and designs.<BR/><BR/>"This is the first time the many brands in the Swatch Group portfolio have exhibited in the UAE under the Swatch Group banner," Marc Hayek, head of Swatch Group Middle East, said.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=3368476"/>
