Monday, 9th August 2004 (5779 views) The famous Faberge eggs are to be on display in Santa Fe as part of a new exhibition of Russian royalty.<BR/><BR/>According to Mercury News, the new exhibition running until September looks into the lives of Nicholas and Alexandra Romanov.<BR/><BR/>Merchants are now selling icons and tiny miniature Faberge inspired egg jewellery as part of the event.<BR/><BR/>Other items on display at the expo include the 'Imperial Basket of Lilies of the Valley', which is a gold 'wicker' basket filled with 'moss' made from green spun gold.<BR/><BR/>Russian themed events are proving so popular now that over 175 events were agreed early on and more have been added throughout the summer.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=3195553"/>
