Monday, 19th July 2004 (6084 views) A cluster of jewellery shops in a US town is proving popular amongst Indian consumers eager to purchase gold jewellery for their relatives.<BR/><BR/>The 'Little India' is a group of 30 jewellery shops in the Iselin section of the township, offering high quality 22-carat gold.<BR/><BR/>One family travels especially to the area to purchase the items, Sara Kaur told the Star-Ledger: "You can't get this back in Washington, D.C. Iselin is the number one market in the East Coast."<BR/><BR/>Biren Jhaveri of Natraj Jewelers, which is situated in the strip, explained more people visit the area as of its good location, jewellery selection and prices.<BR/><BR/>A number of different gold jewellery items are on sale, including necklaces, earrings and bangles, which also come studded with diamonds, sapphires and rubies.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=3060777"/>
