Jewellery TV reveals top growthThursday, 27th May 2004 (5738 views) A newly revamped jewellery television network has revealed it is the fastest growing home shopping network in the US.According to Jewellery Television, an updated version of 10-year old shopping network America's Collectibles Network (ACN), it rates at around the 20th top national jewellery retailers based on volume. Bill Kouns, a senior vice president and cofounder of the network told National Jeweler: "The relaunch includes a new corporate identity package, improved on-air graphics and presentation, and a revamped e-store, www.jewelrytelevision.com. "The network has a fresh new appearance that is indicative of our demographic audience and the quality they demand. Our rapid growth has been a catalyst for change." The network is seen by more than 65 million homes in the US at present on a full or part time basis. Several years ago the network made the decision to focus its product selection on the most successful area, fine jewellery and loose gemstones, which are sold at a price well below the listed retail.
