Moving with the latest US fashion trend for yellow, yellow gold is proving popular and being marketed as the product for May.<BR/><BR/>The World Gold Council and Jewelry.com have actually named May 'National Gold Month'.<BR/><BR/>Shaye Strager, spokeswoman for the National Gold Council told the Philadelphia Inquirer: "The popularity of yellow has reinforced the warming trend in gold jewellery. It's because it's warm and the warm undertones of gold evoke a more emotional feel."<BR/> <BR/>The colour for fashion this spring is reportedly the fastest colour humans register in their brains and produces feelings of "happiness and creativity" according to Renae Knapp, a Las Vegas colour expert.<BR/><BR/>Examples of latest products include golden lens sunglasses and fashion catwalk models covered in yellow.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=2600292"/>
