US company Turq jewelry has launched a new summer line featuring hand twisted gold and sterling silver dangly earrings and stylish necklaces set with semi-precious gemstones.

The company, based in Atlanta, Georgia, uses pastel and bold colours to create a fashionable new fine jewellery line for summer 2004.

"With summer almost here, we wanted to introduce designs featuring splashes of color, gorgeous gems and satin ribbons," Katherine Weeks Mulford, co-owner of Turq Jewelry, told the Duluth Weekly. "Whether you are looking for a large or dainty piece, there is something for everyone in this collection."

Turq Jewelry is designed by Ms Weeks and co-owner Lee Addison Lesley and has been featured in Southern Living Weddings, on a Today Show segment and is worn by celebrities such as Leeza Gibbons of EXTRA TV and Kathleen Kennedy from CNN Headline News.

Turq Jewelry's summer collection is available at the company's website and in upscale boutiques nationwide.
