Friday, 5th March 2004 (8912 views) A new collection by Christian Dior crosses the jewellery borders by using gold in innovative and stylish new ways.<BR/><BR/>Creative director of Christian Dior Fine Jewellery, Victoire de Castellane has designed the latest creations, stepping over the usual boundaries of colour, size and themes.<BR/><BR/>Included in the latest range are a host of items such as Nougat - an 18 karat yellow gold knuckleduster which is softly dimpled and fits snugly around the finger. <BR/><BR/>In addition Mitza is a huge yellow gold ring in the shape of a leopard's paw adorned with brown lacquered spots.<BR/><BR/>The range has been designed to ensure every item makes a statement and offers something different yet stylish.<BR/><BR/>Diablotins is meant to be a gold devil's tail - a twisted bangle, which is finished off with a heart made from the precious metal. Christian Dior has also made another style which offers designs based on playing card suits, such as the twirling gold 'clubs' pendant.
